The play tells the story of a young woman in the near future living with her government-issue, personalized Cyborg husband in the midst of a vaguely-defined war.  When a rebel insurgent breaks into her home, the woman then begins to break free from her government-issue life and escape the figure known as Mother-In-Law.  The play seeks to address issues of information dissemination and its role in forming the experience of war to a society\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s citizens.
