Jeppesen Dataplan Incorporated is being sued on behalf of three men who the ACLU said were abducted by the CIA and flown to foreign prisons where they were tortured. The complaint, filed in California, accuses Jeppesen of playing a crucial role in the U.S. government\u2019s unlawful \u201cextraordinary rendition,\u201d program. Jeppesen is said to have provided flight and logistical support to a total of seventy such rendition flights since late 2001. Since the filing of the lawsuit, Jeppesen has refused to confirm or deny that it has done business with the CIA.
