Early reports streamed in yesterday of instances of Tea Party activists challenging people on their way to cast votes. There were even instructional videos posted on website showing how it\u2019s done. Voter fraud is so negligible that a 2007 study by the Brennan Center for Justice found that \u201can American is more likely to get struck by lightening than impersonate another voter at the polls.\u201d <\/p>\n
