Coyotl was silenced by the local mayor, arrested and beaten by cops after respectfully speaking out a Costa Mesa City Council meeting in January of 2006. After the ACLU filed a lawsuit on his behalf, the Costa Mesa City \u201cProsecutor\u201d charged Coyotl. Coyotl\u2019s case was dismissed because it turns out that Dan Peelman is not, in fact an appointed prosecutor, but a private attorney \u2013 which is why the judge decided to dismiss the case. <\/p>\n<p>****<\/p>\n<p>There is also an update on a story we covered yesterday about the social security administration\u2019s so-called \u201cno match\u201d letters.
