Hundreds of laundry employees, union and non-union alike, are accusing Prudential Overall Supply of unfair labor practices. The company is the largest uniform and cleanroom laundry business in the state of California. Prudential contracts its services to federal and private customers such as the United States military and Wal-Mart. Despite the company\u2019s increasing sales revenues this year, a Prudential laundry worker only makes $384 a week. On strike since September 12th, laundry workers have been seeking better working conditions and a living wage. Prudential has had twenty unfair labor practice charges filed against them in eleven of their workplaces in California and Arizona. Living wage complaints have also been filed in Oakland, Los Angeles and San Diego.
