Florida Governor Rick Scott has come under fire for attempting to severely limit the early voting period. Ohio counties saw very long lines and even some voter protests, again based on a curtailment of early voting periods, pushed by Secretary of State John Husted. At the last minute, Husted decided to put the onus on provisional voters to present their ID information correctly rather than poll workers, in order for their votes to be counted.
