Community members have been gathering at and near Leimert Park, and other parts of the city, and even briefly shut down the 10 freeway. <\/p>\n<p>Police have shot rubber bullets, accused protesters of causing thousands of dollars of property damage, and arrested more than a dozen people. <\/p>\n<p>One of those who have been participating in the protests is KPFK staff member Jonathan Alexander.
