The British Joint Intelligence Organization announced this morning that it was \u201chighly likely\u201d that Bashar Al Assad\u2019s government gassed its own people and did so on 14 prior occasions. The report comes hours after President Obama said on PBS that he had not yet made up his mind whether or not to order US air strikes on Syria. The New York Police department is yet again under fire \u2013 this time for designating entire mosques as terrorism organisms, according an Associated Press report. A Montana judge is under fire for charging a rapist only 30 days in prison for raping a 14 year old high school girl. While the criminal case was pending, the girl committed suicide just before her 17th birthday. During the trial Judge G. Todd Baugh remarked that the girl seemed older than her chronological age and that she was in \u201cas much in control of the situation\u201d as her teacher. Residents of Billings, Montana, where the crime took place have organized protests against the light sentence and the judge\u2019s apparent bias.
