Prime Minister Ali Zeidan\u2019s capture was supposedly in response to that operation, reflecting a widespread anger among Libyans at the violation of their sovereignty by the US. Chelsea Manning, the Army Whistleblower serving a sentence for leaking classified documents to Wikileaks and other outlets, has issued an angry statement saying she does not consider herself \u201canti-war or a conscientious objector.\u201d The statement came in response to Manning being awarded this year\u2019s Sean McBride Peace Award, which was accepted on her behalf by antiwar activist Ann Wright. Manning says she was not aware of the prize or of Wright accepting it for her. She says she sees herself as a \u201ctransparency advocate\u201d rather than a pacifist.
