It is rarer still to admit that there are young black and brown artists creating and enjoying punk rock. Hollywood stereotypes always place African American youth in situations where hip hop or RnB is their musical tradition of choice.<\/p>\n<p>Now, a young indie filmmaker wants to change all that.
