He is the author of several books including, &#8220;Unquenchable: America&#8217;s Water Crisis and What To Do About It.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The crisis of poisoned water in Flint, Michigan, has highlighted a serious problem with national implications &#8211; that our water infrastructure is, in general, crumbling. It&#8217;s not just Flint&#8217;s water pipes that are aging. The American Society of Civil Engineers&#8217; latest report on national infrastructure in the US, gave the nation a &#8220;D&#8221; on drinking water.
