FiveThirtyEight.com, which has made a name for itself in predicting elections, wrote, &#8220;Sanders\u2019s win in Michigan was one of the greatest upsets in modern political history.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Most of the mainstream media was also caught off guard in their coverage of the race.
