Films will be screened in various categories such as feature length dramas, dramatic shorts, and documentaries. This year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s extravaganza features films submitted from diverse Latino communities such as Boyle Heights, Tucson, Houston and New York. The film festival\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mission is to celebrate Latinas, and through their work, challenge mainstream stereotypes. Prizes will be awarded in categories such as best director, best documentary, and best myth buster.
