We begin the show this morning continuing from yesterday’s interview with Dr. Michio Kaku. Dr. Kaku is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the City University of New York, and the co-founder of String Field Theory. He has written several international best-selling books such as Hyperspace, Visions, and Beyond Einstein. His latest book in which he explores the origins of the universe, and the so-called “theory of everything,” is entitled “Parallel Worlds: A Journey Through Creation, Higher Dimensions, and the Future of the Cosmos.” Dr. Michio Kaku is also the host of a very popular radio program, Explorations, which airs on Saturdays from 11-12 pm on KPFK. In part 2 of our interview, I asked him to reflect on the peaceful versus dangerous uses of nuclear energy, depleted uranium, and more. We began continuing off from yesterday about science education in the classroom.
