Just War
GUEST: Howard Zinn, author of “People’s History of the United States.” Latest book is “Just War.”
This Friday at 7:30 pm people’s historian Howard Zinn, will speak at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. He’ll be joined by Dr. Gino Strada, founder of the medical aid organization EMERGENCY. The event, which is sponsored by KPFK, is a fund-raiser for a proposed regional cardiac center to be constructed in Sudan. Professor Zinn will be discussing his latest book, Just War. The book covers the political direction of the United States, leading toward what seems to be perpetual war.

I was so inspired by Dr. Strada and Dr. Zinn that I know it will affect the future of my life and work for peace. I wish that everyone in politics and government could and would watch this .
