Green Party Election Strategies
| the entire program
GUESTS: Donna Warren, Byron De Lear, Peter Thottam
For years, the Green Party of the United States has struggled against the two-party system of American politics. Funded entirely by membership and small donations, the Green Party calls for a just and sustainable society. As this year’s November elections approach, we’ve seen an energized electorate, eager to see pro-war Democrats and Republicans be voted out of office. What does that mean for the Greens? To answer this and other questions, I’m joined in studio by three Green Party candidates who are running for state and national seats this November. Donna Warren is running for Lieutenant Governor of California, Byron De Lear is running for California’s 28th district congressional seat, and Peter Thottam is running for California State Assembly in the 53rd district.

“Winners” got us into the Iraq war. They are whoring our national sovereignty. They are writing their own set of rules, ignoring the tenants of the Founding Fathers. Winners will make the whole world losers. I support the Green Party and the people that stand up to stands for something real and people centered. Restore Americas integrity and reputation.
