GUESTS: Steve Greenhut, Senior editorial writer and columnist for The Orange County Register, Tom Adams, President of the California League of Conservation Voters

Proposition 90 on this November’s ballot, is called “Government Acquisition, Regulation of Private Property.” It’s an Initiative Constitutional Amendment. Proponents are informally calling it the “Protect Our Homes Act.” Prop 90 is a property-rights initiative that would amend the state Constitution to limit the use of eminent domain. According to one of my guests, Steve Greenhut, Senior editorial writer and columnist for The Orange County Register, Proposition 90 will help protect property owners from having their homes seized by the government. But Tom Adams, the President of the California League of Conservation Voters, calls Prop 90 the “Taxpayer trap, classic bait and switch.”
