This Sunday, a conference in Los Angeles will attempt to address a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through a confederation government. Among the speakers are Benjamin R. Barber, Author of Jihad V. McWorld, Uri Dromi, a retired Israeli Air force Colonel, Ambassador Edward L. Peck Former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Sami Mashney, a Palestinian born attorney and publisher, and my guest this morning, Professor Norman Finkelstein, professor at De Paul University, and author of several books including “Beyond Chutzpah: On the Misuse of Anti-Semitism and the Abuse of History.” The conference will be moderated by KPFK programmer Ian Masters.
