Community organizations, artists, and fair trade vendors are joining together this Sunday to celebrate the City of Los Angeles and its residents. The invitation is extended to all communities in the greater L.A. area to the “Come Together Festival” – to bring together various communities who otherwise live and organize in isolation from one another. The Festival seeks to begin to build bridges by celebrating and sharing the diversity and richness that makes up the city. Besides celebrating multi-ethnic music, poetry, dance and art, the Festival will also address social justice and community empowerment
