In an update to a story we’ve been following for close to two years: the case against Coyotl Tezcatlipoca was dismissed yesterday by the presiding judge. Coyotl was silenced by the local mayor, arrested and beaten by cops after respectfully speaking out a Costa Mesa City Council meeting in January of 2006.
