As the California Supreme Court considers the constitutionality of a state ban on same-sex marriage, we’ll speak with author Nancy Polikoff about her new book, “Beyond (Straight and Gay) Marriage: Valuing all Families Under the Law;” and we’ll hear about the story of the Dann sisters in a new film called “Our Land, Our Life: The Struggle for Western Shoshone Land Rights” which premieres in LA County this weekend.
