As tens of thousands of young Americans get energized over this year’s Presidential elections, many progressives and people around the world are wondering if 2008 is the year of real change in the White House. Will the results of this year’s election mean an end to the the wars on Iraq and Afghanistan, an end to tax cuts for the wealthy, and end to racial profiling and torture, an end to immigrant-bashing? My next guest, Robert Creamer, thinks real change through the electoral process is not only possible but imperative.
