I’m not saying killing is right but I will say that he is doing his time but he doing he doing his thing so hey I have to give it to him because he is a man who got arrested for killing a police and he is able be to come an award-winning prison journalist. I don’t want him to kill any more police because my father is a state trooper and I know this is alot coming from a 13 year old. But it’s the way I feel and I cann’t help that but I discovered this because I asked my stepdad for something to read but before you start thinking I like to read but I help if I have to and this is just my opinion.

    Thank You,
    13 year old

U need to look into Mumia case and i believe you would agree that he didnot kill a police officer. Many Black Panthers were charged and convicted on crimes that they didn’t committ. The Cointelpro documents(Fbi’s counter-intelligence program headed by J.E.Hoover) are my proof! thanks to (foia-freedom of information act). i encourage u and your dad to be informed on Mumia’s case because injustice anywhere is a threat against justice everywhere(MLK)!! I support the federal, state, and local police(i’m a former marine) in keeping America safe, but keep in mind the blackman is not your enemy America!! Free the political prisoners of the 60’s,70’s,80’s,90’s. We all what to be free of brutality!! Junie tha barber!

Christina, absolutely look into the facts around the case of Wesley Cook and you’ll find that he was proven to have shot a police officer to death at close range.

The idea of whether he should be sentenced to death is a separate discussion, but there is no doubt that he committed the crime for which he was convicted and sentenced.
