A journalist from the Center for Media and Democracy is kicked out of a conference of the American Legislative Exchange Council. He’ll tell us his story. And, as members of Congress disappear for the summer break, we’ll survey their unfinished business including long-term FAA funding and political appointments. Plus, the California Progressive Caucus in the state’s Democratic party passes a resolution criticizing President Obama’s decisions, and considers a primary challenge.
