Los Angelinos Organize Their Own Occupation, Plan to Remain in Front of City Hall

On Saturday over a thousand people gathered in Pershing Square, downtown Los Angeles and marched to City Hall in an action dubbed Occupy Los Angeles, in the spirit of the Occupy Wall Street protests in New York. LA Times: Occupy L.A. keeps economic protest alive outside City Hall

Protesters fed up with Wall Street’s practices and influence woke up Monday to their third morning of camping outside Los Angeles City Hall.
