On May 2, 2012, Uprising host Sonali Kolhatkar spoke with actor and musician Jack Black about his participation in KPFK’s 2nd Annual Hero Awards, the legacy of Charlie Haden, and his music and films.

The 2nd Annual KPFK Hero Awards and Tribute show will take place Sunday, May 6th, 2012 at Club Nokia, 800 West Olympic Blvd, 3rd floor, in L.A. Live entertainment complex. Tickets are available NOW at www.kpfk.org.
