A Second Black Man Is Killed By Law Enforcement in Ferguson, MO

Another night of violence in Ferguson, Missouri, resulted in the fatal police shooting of yet another black man. Twenty five year old Kajieme Powell has been identified hours ago as the victim of a shooting, just a few miles from where Michael Brown was killed. Forty seven people were arrested.
