In a bizarre twist of justice, the makers of the covert videos that attempted to entrap Planned Parenthood officials for profiting from fetal tissues have found themselves in legal trouble. The Texas grand jury that was asked to examine evidence of wrong doing by Planned Parenthood, declined to charge the healthcare provider. But in the process of their investigation, realized they had enough evidence to indict David Daleiden, who heads the ironically named Center for Medical Progress, and his colleague Sandra Merritt. Between them, the pair faces a felony charge related to the fake California drivers licenses that they acquired, and a misdemeanor charge related to the purchase of human organs.
