GUEST: Jabbar McGruder, Iraq Veterans Against the War

Thousands are expected to take to the streets of Los Angeles this Saturday to send a clear message to the Democratic controlled Congress and President Bush to bring all US troops home immediately and cut off funding for the war in Iraq. The demonstrations in LA and across the US come in the wake of President Bush’s announcement to increase troop levels in Iraq. The march in Downtown Los Angeles will begin at 12 noon at the Democratic Party Office at 9th and Figueroa and will end at the Federal Building. Anti-war activist leader Cindy Sheehan, who lost her son Casey in Iraq, will be among the many speakers who will address the rally this Saturday.
