Irma Duffelmeier is a Registered Nurse and 24 year veteran at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center. She participated in the 3-month strike in 1990 and shares her thoughts on the 24-hour nurses’ strike on March 2nd 2011 organized by the National Union of Healthcare Workers.
