Will Ohio and Texas Decide the Nominee Once and For All?

Voters in Texas, Ohio, Vermont, and Rhode Island, head to the polls tomorrow to choose a Democratic Party candidate for the Presidential elections this year. Hillary Clinton needs especially to win the Ohio and Texas primaries in order to remain a viable candidate for the Democratic Party Presidential nomination and to persuade superdelegates and donors to support her. With 11 straight wins under his belt, leading candidate Barack Obama, appears poised to give Clinton a run for her money in Texas, a state in which she once enjoyed a comfortable lead. Clinton has retained a narrowing lead in Ohio. According to a projection by the New York Times, Barack Obama currently leads Clinton with 1,303 delegates compared to her 1,212. News media this morning are commenting on Clinton’s renewed sense of confidence, particularly after launching a new television commercial about Obama’s ability to handle a crisis.
