The Los Angeles Valley College Democracy Matters Club, CALPIRG and Campus Progress will present “The Best Government Corporate Money Can Buy” with Gore Vidal, who will be interviewed by KPFK’s Sonali Kolhatkar, on Wednesday, April 2 from 4:30-6 pm in Monarch Hall. Students will give a presentation on how publicly-funded elections could cut corruption in politics. There will also be a Q&A session with Gore Vidal. Refreshments will be served.
