We’ll have a conversation with Jonathan Mooney, author of “The Short Bus: A Journey Beyond Normal.” Jonathan will describe his evolution from being labeled categorized a special-ed student, to rejecting the definition of “normal” itself. And, we’ll find out how Congress is expanding the Americans With Disabilities Act.
